What should the subscriber information in Vietnam include?

Pursuant to Clause 5 Article 15 of Decree 25/2011/ND-CP (as amended by Clause 5 Article 1 of Decree 49/2017/ND-CP) stipulating that subscriber information includes:

- Subscriber numbers; user of each subscriber number: for individual client (subscriber number for the client himself/herself; for his/her biological or adopted child aged under 14; for his/her ward; for equipment); for organizational client (subscriber numbers for its employees; for equipment);

- Individual’s information as shown in his/her identity paper, including:

+ Full name;

+ Date of birth;

+ Nationality; number, date of issue, issuing agency or place of issue;

+ Place of permanent residence registration (for Vietnamese nationals);

- Information on the organization's papers, including:

+ Name of the organization;

+ Address of transactions office;

+ Information on the identity document of the person entering into the contract according to lớn the form, general transactions conditions và information on the identity document of each individual belonging lớn the organization corresponding to the number of subscribers assigned khổng lồ that individual (in case the organization assigns it khổng lồ the user) as prescribed at Point b Clause 5 Article 1 of Decree 49/2017/ND-CP
